With over 25 years of transformation experience, Amie has an extensive background in change and behavior. She is a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s degree in healthcare administration. She has liaised between major healthcare organizations and their communities, planned long-term strategic initiatives, and led large multidisciplinary teams.
Amie’s expertise in communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution puts her in a unique situation to help empower businesses to make difficult decisions and transform. Since joining IA, she has had the opportunity to support large scale, complex transformation efforts encompassing process optimization, prioritization of work, strategic initiatives, project and program management, and change management.
Amie graduated from Michigan State University, obtaining her MSW in Clinical Social Work. She also holds an MHA from the University of Cincinnati.
