Jennifer Payne

With over twenty years of experience in human resources, talent management, and organizational development, Jennifer brings extensive practitioner experience operating in various business cycles ranging from growth and acquisition to reorganization. This includes various ownership models such as private equity, management owned, and divisions of global holding companies.  She is a strong communicator with an ability to relate to all levels of an organization while leading change. Throughout her career, Jennifer has been called upon as the “go-to” resource for new projects and initiatives.   

As a Senior Advisor with IA, Jennifer has worked with clients across a variety of industries and verticals, including retail, healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, logistics, real estate, information management, and e-commerce.  Drawing on her time as an HR practitioner and leader, she has leant her expertise to organizations ranging from SMB to some of the largest, most complex global enterprises. She has had the opportunity to support transformation journeys encompassing process optimization, provider selection, strategic roadmaps, and prioritization of work, guiding clients from a frame of reference that balances the challenges and reality of today’s HR leaders with an eye towards future possibilities.

Jennifer is a graduate of Canisius College.
