Christina is a Principal with IA, applying over twenty years of experience in accounting, HR/payroll operations, HR/payroll business analysis, product, and project management for multi-national entities. She thrives on solving difficult problems—the kind that sit at the messy intersection of technology, process, and people—and finding practical solutions that work in the real world.
Christina’s approach centers on understanding how people actually do their work, then designing processes that make that work easier and more effective. She has led engagements ranging from enterprise-wide HRIS transformations to targeted process optimization initiatives for organizations of all sizes.
With a background balancing both business needs and technology, Christina has managed complex projects across a wide technology stack from traditional project management approaches as well as through Scrum and Kanban methodologies. With a strong business analysis background, Christina has a unique understanding of highly complex HR challenges and developing solutions to achieve optimal results.
Christina is a graduate of NC Wesleyan College and holds an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School.
