Jason is a Principal with IA, bringing over twenty-five years of experience in technology, product management, program management, analytics, recruiting, HR, and workforce planning for large multi-national entities.
Prior to IA, Jason spent the last two years as the Head of Shared Services with the primary responsibility of leading Human Resources, Recruiting, Communications, and the Project Management Office. Jason spent over ten years supporting a variety of programs for the 50,000+ employees of Fidelity Investments worldwide. Whether as the Program Director of Workforce Planning, the Director of Investment Research or the Director of Portfolio Technology, Jason has applied his experience in technology, strategic workforce planning, product management and program management to achieve successful outcomes.
Having started his career in the United States Marine Corps, Jason has a tremendous body of knowledge in technology, data, reporting, analytics, and program management. A highly respected expert in his field, Jason has spent his career supporting the needs of high-growth and ever-changing enterprises.
Jason is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
