Her career reflects a natural progression from recruiting and talent strategy to compliance leadership to enterprise-wide program management, with hands-on exposure to the challenges that arise during acquisitions, workforce transitions, and large-scale HR modernization. She is a skilled communicator and collaborator who consistently centers the employee experience as the anchor for every initiative she leads.
As a Project Manager with IA, Jesika draws on her experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs at organizations such as WEX and Bobcat Company to support clients navigating their own change journeys. She brings particular expertise in process optimization, HR compliance, and stakeholder alignment – combining the structured approach of an Agile HR Certified Practitioner with a grounded understanding of how change lands across an organization.
