As a Project Manager with IA, Jesika draws on her experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs at organizations such as WEX and Bobcat Company to support clients navigating their own change journeys. She brings particular expertise in process optimization, HR compliance, and stakeholder alignment – combining the structured approach of an Agile HR Certified Practitioner with a grounded understanding of how change lands across an organization.
